SYMBOL DANCE PRACTICE

SDP is a conscious result of many years of practice, theoretical

and the practical study of Indian temple dance, Oriental bodily disciplines and street dance culture. I am glad to share a part of my experience, my soul with you.

The material consists of lessons that develop the necessary technical skills of the style: isolation, animation, imitation. There is an analysis of the basic sacred symbols, explanations of how to use them plastically in dance.


We will also take a detailed look at concepts and their shift from one
to another, archetypes in plastic, improvisation and performance, warm-up
and the keys to prepare a body for effective dance practice and maximum progress.

At the end of each lesson, I give my own examples of improvisations based on the material presented.

SDP is a universal material that:

After completing the course, you will be able to move to any music boldly and spontaneously, create various plastic variations in your own key. The dance will be structured, will acquire a clearer meaning for you. It will become geometric, archetypal, concentrated, refined, decorated, filled, logical, but also will be soulful, filled with feeling and streaming freedom.
